Emergency plumber cardif

Just got Jason installed a kitchen tap. Absolutely professional and TOP quality work! I was worrying if the original hole is too small to fit it, but he sorted it out for me and fitted the tap perfectly. One very happy customer!

Jason is great - he knows his work and is very reliable. I made an emergency call and he was here 8am the next morning as he promised and fixed the issue. The thermostat was leaking and making a very loud noise - he fixed it and no issue with it. Cost was £190 which is very reasonable for at least 2 hours of work and overall checks. Thanks Jason.

When on the loo at 10pm on a Sunday night the last thing I expected was the pipe to the hot water tap bursting and turning the bathroom into a paddling pool. After a quick dash to the stop tap we called Jason who was very calm and talked us through initial steps as he couldn't get to us for about 40 minutes. 40 minutes later he was here and replacing the pipe in a swift and professional manner. I would thoroughly recommend jason to anyone looking for a plumber and thanks for getting us sorted so quickly!!

Emergency call out for blocked toilet. Arrived within a couple of hours of messaging. Really friendly and helpful. He explained really clearly what was going on. Very efficient and professional and had it sorted within the hour. Arranged for him to come back again to do work to correct problem long term and service my boiler. I would highly recommend. Great service, I had an old mains stop tap start leaking in my new house after using it for the first time. Found these guys on Google, gave them a call, and despite having a very busy day they still got to me within 4 or 5 hours and handled the job no problem. He asked for a brief description of the issue over the phone, identified the problem immediately and told me they have the replacement part already in their van. So I was already relieved from the get go that the issue could be fixed same day. Jason arrived, got straight to work and was pleasant enough despite his long and busy day he'd had. I recommend giving these guys a call for any emergency issues that arise, even over the phone they helped lay some worries to rest with their knowledge.

Jason was professional, super quick and extremely approachable. He fixed the issue of a accidental pipe break, in under a hour and arrived at my house within a hour after call out, 7pm on a Friday! Could not recommend him and his service enough will definitely use him again and highly recommend!! Thanks !
